I can fax and scan to my computer but i cant print. it keeps telling me my driver is unavailabe. Hp officejet pro 6830

Hi Hilary,
There are 2 ways to get this fixed. 1) Uninstall it in Device Manager by uninstalling the printer from its relevant position in either print queues, or printers, or both. After uninstalling it in this manner (in order to leave the ports in place) proceed with the rest of the steps. 2) As you will need to set a port, I'd recommend using a fixed IP address for your printer, mine is set as a rule on my routers DHCP server, if you don't know what that is, then please consult HP's documentation to see how to configure the printers IP address during wired or wireless setup After these two checks, follow this procedure In Device manager, click Action, then add Legacy Hardware Select the advanced option Method2: You can download latest drivers from the below link.
