Hi Saga,

If you are facing issues with low internet speed, here are the fixes you can try to resolve the problem.

Fix 1: Delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
Internet Explorer caches web pages you visit and cookies coming from those pages. While designed to speed up browsing, if left unchecked the burgeoning folders can sometimes slow IE to a crawl or cause other unexpected behavior. In general, the less is more principal works well here — keep the Internet Explorer cache small and clear it often.
Here's how to clear your cache, or emptying your browser's history, in IE 11:
  1. In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.
  2. Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.Image result for Delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies
Fix 2: Disable Add-Ons
When it comes to IE, it seems everyone wants a piece of it. While legitimate toolbars and other BHOs are fine, some aren't so legit or their presence is questionable.
Here's how to disable it in IE 11:
  1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Manage add-ons.
  2. Under Show, select All add-ons and then select the add-on you want to turn off.
  3. Select Disable, and then Close.Image result for Disable Add-Ons ie
Fix 3: Reset Start and Search Pages
Spyware and adware often change your browser Start and Search pages to point to unwanted websites. Even if you've removed the infestation responsible, you may still need to reset the web settings.
Here's how to reset the start and search pages in IE 11:
  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows. Select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
  2. Select the Advanced tab, and then select Reset.
  3. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, select Reset.
  4. When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, select Close, and then select OK. Restart your PC to apply changes.
Fix 4: Reset settings
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, something happens that causes Internet Explorer to become unstable. Here's how to reset your setting in IE 11 (please note that this is not reversible):
Restart your PC to apply changes.Image result for Reset Start and Search Pages
Fix 5: Secure Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer 11 has a built-in mechanism for controlling both.
Here's how to block or allow cookies in IE 11:
  1. In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
  2. Select the Privacy tab, and under Settings, select Advanced and choose if you want to allow, block or be prompted for first and third party cookies.
To turn the pop-up blocker on or off in IE 11:
  1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
  2. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.
I hope this helps.

Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
