PictureGear Studio is a software that manages digital photos using five major functions which includes Import Photos, PrintStudio, PhotoAlbum, PhotoCollection, and Binder that are accessible with its own corresponding icon. These launcher shortcuts can be created or dragged into the desktop. Digital photos can be imported from digital cameras or other devices. These photos may be edit,ed organized and printed. Photo albums, postcards and labels for CDs and MDs may also be created using these imported images. The photos may also be named by their shooting date for photo management. Users can customize import settings to prevent the import of duplicates. Digital photos may also be importer from devices through TWAIN or WIA connection and other drives that are connected through USB or PCMCIA. Digital photos from SD cards and Smart Media can also be imported, provided that the file formats pass the DCF standard. The software supports digital photos in the following file formats: BMP, TIFF, JPEG, PNG and GIF. PictureGear Studio contains features that enables users to create postcards,labels for CDs, MDs,name cards and stickers, calendars with images, photo albums, print out digital photos, create slideshows with music and effects and original screensavers with background music.
