Storyist is a story development tool used by novelists and screenwriters. It provides the word processing tools with creative writing application which has features like spell check, quotes processing, annotations with support for headers, footers, and style sheets. It has manuscript and screenplay templates that allows users to concentrate more on writing and less on formatting. The story development tools helps in sketching out the story with use of index cards and photographs. These sketches will then be refined into customizable plot, character, and setting sheets.
