Answer Wizard is a software that answers inquiries from using Office Assistant on Microsoft Office of later versions of Windows operating system. It is considered as an intelligence engine which is helpful and reliable to users of Microsoft Office on XP, particularly the Office Assistant tool. It simply answers any questions or inquiries regarding how to use Microsoft Office. Sometimes, Answer Wizard is not accurate in providing answers to inquiries but a separate software called Answer Wizard Builder is available for download but only for Windows XP. This program allows a user to create his own content or answers of Answer Wizard to address specific questions or inquiries. Microsoft Windows Help

Microsoft WinHelp is an owned format by Microsoft Corporation. It was designed for online help files that can be showed by the Microsoft Help browser winhelp.exe or winhlp32.exe. The file format is supported on Rich Text Format (RTF). It remained a well known Help platform from Windows 3.0 platform thru Windows XP. WinHelp was omitted in Windows Vista to discourage software developers from using the out of date format and encourage use of newer help formats. A WinHelp file has an .hlp extension. It can be accompanied by an optional table of contents (.cnt) file if the help developer created one. When Windows accesses a WinHelp file, it creates a .gid file in the same directory, having information about the .hlp file such as the window size and location. When the user clicks the "Find" tab and enables keyword indexing, Windows generates an index file with an .fts (full text search) extension.
