00I want to discontinue this service, or should I say unservice. I had no idea there are no LIVE PEOPLE who work for you. I was not able to put my license code in and can not find where to do so.
I am just going to fill out a DISPUTE FORM with my credit card company as I can not get an answer, and upon reading others questions, I am not the only one. I need to work with a company who has REAL PEOPLE. Not messages.
