If the license key provided to you is not working, then you can double check if you are using the correct license key or not and there are a couple of ways to check your license key: 1. You can retrieve it using the Lost Code tool, by having the license details sent to the email address used for the purchase. 2. View all your licenses by visiting the ReviverSoft account section. If the license key still doesn't work, please ensure that the below points are not causing any problem in PC Reviver's activation process.
The license status may get affected when you make changes to your computer's hardware and Operating System, or when you replace it with a new computer. So the license key for PC Reviver you have bought will not work on any other PC except the one on which it has been installed. Thanks for posting here and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would suggest doing and checking the following things outlined below. 1. Please make sure that you are using the correct license code for a specific product. Different product requires different license code. 2. If your license code is for a single machine, using the product to a different machine, it will fail to work. If you want to use the product to a different or multiple computer machines, please let us know. 3. Kindly make sure that you have a valid and stable internet connection. 4. Please check your security or antivirus software as well, at times, some security software programs might block a specific product by mistake, thus, you will be able unable to activate the product. I am really sorry to hear your problem. I would like to add to Christian's reply. It may be helpful. If you are trying to activate a ReviverSoft product, you must have a working license code. And then you can follow the guide by going to the specific product FAQ page from the link below. http://www.reviversoft.com/support/ Please select the correct product and then you will find the activation guide for it.
