Hi Peter,
Some quick questions and suggestions to walk you through the problem:
1. Do you have a dedicated Bluetooth switch (or function key) on your keyboard? If you do, make sure it is turned on so Windows can detect and use it.
2. Up next, go to the Windows Control Panel, search for Device Manager, click and open Device Manager, locate and expand Bluetooth, right-click on it and select \"Enabled\"
3. If that doesn\'t work, go to the Windows Control Panel, search for Device Manager, click and open Device Manager, locate and expand Bluetooth, right-click on it and select \"Update Driver\" and allow Windows to automatically find and install the latest driver for it. Once installed, restart your computer and try using the Bluetooth feature.
Once you get Bluetooth working, you should be able to sync up your computer with the printer and start printing.
Let us know how you go.
