Hi Lyn, If you have been charged more than once for your product, you don't need to worry as the purchase of a new license or its renewal only requires a single payment. It is possible that you inadvertently renewed your license twice or purchased a new license, in which case Reviversoft may refund the additional payment upon getting your request.
