BSEdit is a Windows-based viewer and WYSIWYG editor of protein alignments and DNA/RNA sequences. This multiple sequence alignment tool can open and edit project files and export them to ClustalW, Fasta, Phylip, PIR, NEXUS, GCG, and MEGA file formats.
