INRIA/UNSA Mascopt is an application that provides a group of tools that can fix network optimization problems. Problems like grooming, routing, virtual network design and survivability. Mascopt software applies a network data model and libraries that will handle graphs and networks plus ready to use integration of existing linear problems or algorithms such as integral multi-commodity flow. It is open source software that intends to keep on using basic technologies in XML and Java Sun formats that provide portable facilities.
