How to reset all the Tiles, Settings and Customizations of Start Menu Reviver
Right-click or hold your finger on the Start button and select Settings.
In the Settings window of Start Menu Reviver, locate and click or tap on the Reset All Tiles and Settings text link and select Yes to reset all the settings.
